Albacore Tuna is available in Atlantic, Pacific, Indian and mediterranean oceans mostly.  Albacore has  a conical snout, large eyes, and long pectoral fins. Its body is a deep blue dorsally and shades of silvery white ventrally with small scales. They can grow up to 4.5 feet in length.  In general Albacore eats fish, crustaceans, and cephalopods. Reproduction usually occurs from November to February and an adult female can release over 2 million eggs in a single cycle.

 Alfonsino is basically a member of the Berycidae family of fishes. They mostly appear everywhere excluding eastern pacific oceans.   Alfonsino appears with big, prominent eyes and profoundly compressed body.  They appear in rich rose, red and orange colours and they are attractive in looks.  They generally eat anthropods, various smaller fishes and marine mollusks.  Female is slightly bigger than the male.  Alfonsino is deep water fish and can only be found after 33 feet of depth.

Arctic Grayling is a vivid coloured fish with black spots on.  The fin have Orange or Emerald Green spots edges.  They are less than 40 Centimeters and weight under 1 Kilo.  They have short head with large eyes, small square shaped mouth with enlarged dorsal fin and slender body.  They generally eat insects, snails, small fish, eggs etc.,

There are two forms in Arctic Char i.e. Anadromous and Non-anadromous where Non-anadromous remains in fresh water for lifetime and anadromous migrates into sea during summer to feed and will return to fresh water during winter.  Both forms of Arctic Char has spots on the surface and sides.  They appear in Dark Blue, Olive Green, Brown and silvery.  In general Arctic Char eats fish and insects.
